NEW AND CURRENT CLIENTS
Patient Portal 
All communications through the portal are HIPAA secure.   We will be using the portal as the primary mode of communication. Current clients can access their portal by clicking on patient portal above and receive a link via email to gain access.
With portal access you can:
  • complete patient intake paperwork

  • submit documents

  • schedule appointments

  • view and update personal demographic and health information

  • make payments on your account

  • communicate with your counselor via secure messaging

Getting Started

You may click on patient portal above to schedule an intake/diagnostic appointment.  If you may also contact our office at (618) 792-5200 and we will return your call as soon as possible  or click here to email an appointment request. 

After an appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email inviting you to set up an account in your patient portal.  There you will have access to enter all of your demographic information and complete a pre session questionnaire.  

Insurance & Payment Options

Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify coverage specifics. Make note to discuss use of insurance during the scheduling and intake process with your counselor. Self-pay is also a payment option. While we will submit insurance claims on your behalf, please be reminded that clarifying coverage of services is your responsibility as you will be accountable for any fees not covered by insurance.  Payment is due at time of service.
